Welcome to Marie’s Cuddle Chateau! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking our services. You agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms when using our website and services.
 

1. Services
Marie’s Cuddle Chateau provides professional, platonic cuddle sessions in a safe and respectful environment. Our services are strictly non-sexual and intended to promote relaxation and well-being.
 

2. Eligibility to book a session, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Agree to and respect the boundaries of our cuddlers.

• Provide accurate and complete booking information.
   

3. Booking and Payment

• All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or a designated booking platform.

• Payment is required at the time of booking.

• We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMX, Cash App, Venmo, Paypal or Cash.

• Prices are subject to change without notice, but will not affect confirmed bookings.
   

4. Cancellation and Refund - PLEASE READ!

• Policy Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

• A full refund or rescheduling option will be provided if a cuddler cancels a session.
   

5. Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, clients must:

• Always respect personal boundaries and consent.

• Maintain appropriate hygiene and wear clean, comfortable clothing.

• Avoid inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to suggestive comments, touching outside of agreed-upon cuddle positions, or any form of harassment.

• Follow any additional guidelines provided by the cuddler.

• Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in termination of the session without refund and potential banning from future services.
   

6. Liability

• Marie’s Cuddle Chateau is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or emotional discomfort that may arise from the cuddle session.

• Clients participate at their own risk and must disclose any medical or psychological conditions that may affect their experience.
   

7. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

• All session details remain confidential between the client and Marie's Cuddle Chateau.
   

8. Amendments

• We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

• By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
